Lost Spirits designs Santeria Rum for client Distillery Rational Spirits, using classical Jamaican "dunder" rum techniques, but introduces new bacteria never used in rum before. Lost Spirits helps Rationals for manny months then returns to its workshop distillery in Monterey County.

Lost Spirits rum production began in 2013, originally to make rum to season whiskey casks. As Lost Spirits shared this product with friends and industry - demand for the rums grew. Shortly after, Bryan and the team invented some super cool stuff, halted production, moved to Silicon Valley, but many fans and customers still had bottles.
