Candied orange peel, tobacco, varnish, damp leaves, & mahogany wood transition to a dense brick of honey soaked orange rinds, (both candied and fresh) followed by orange pith, marmalade, with flashes of dates and coffee.

 

I could drink this every day, set to my favorite Lenard Cohen soundtrack, while  quietly being reminded of why I do this job.
